The rebrand is set to see founder and long-standing host of the show Edwin Musiime stepping down and retaining only the position of Executive Director and franchise owner.
The Property will continue to make strides as the gate way of real estate in Uganda with viewers engaged weekly on how to better their homes or how to access new properties.
“The last 11 years have seen us achieve so much and greatly contribute to the growth of the real estate sector in Uganda. More awareness has been made on the modern trends in architectural designs and interior as well as a growing modern housing sector is concerned,” Edwin Musiime the CEO and Chairman Olim Group the brand that owns the show through Olim media said in an interview.
The next 10 years will see the show hosted by Christabel and key industry experts under the key theme of sustainability.
Sustainable housing, as you might expect, is generally used to describe the process as it applies to the housing industry, in short, less waste, more re-use and recycling, together with lower life-cycle environmental impacts and costs, better reliability, less maintenance, and greater user satisfaction.
